SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply. Applicants credentialed as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are also considered, primarily serving elementary students in collaboration with a supervising SLP. Enjoy a manageable caseload of approximately 15-20 students that allows you to provide personalized, impactful support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license or SLPA certification required
- CCC or CFY status for SLPs preferred
- Experience in educational settings with Pre-K to 12th-grade students
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable developing targeted intervention plans and conducting assessments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and interventions to students as listed on their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- For SLPAs: Deliver services under the guidance and supervision of a licensed SLP, primarily to elementary-aged students
