Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required for SLP roles
  • Current California SLP or SLPA licensure and certifications (CCC or CFY for SLPs as applicable)
  • School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required
  • For SLPA roles: must have in-person availability and the ability to work under SLP supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 15-20 students, Pre-K through 12th grade (SLP)
  • SLPA caseload primarily elementary, supervised by a current SLP
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
