Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning styles and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals and objectives
- Document student progress and regularly update teachers and parents on outcomes
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team consultations
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
