Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Santa Ana, CA

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential speech and language services to students in a vibrant K-12 educational environment. Two full-time contract opportunities are available, each offering the chance to collaborate with supportive educators and school teams. Both local and travel SLPs are encouraged to apply for these roles serving various school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech, language, and communication needs across a diverse student population.
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with student requirements.
- Deliver direct, evidence-based speech therapy interventions in both individual and group settings.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive student support and progress.
- Participate in paid team meetings and utilize allocated indirect and administrative time efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with state and organizational guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential.
- Previous experience working within a school setting or with K-12 caseloads is highly valued.
- Demonstrated commitment to collaborative practice and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to fulfill all background check and fingerprinting requirements prior to start.
Position Details:
- 40 hours per week commitment.
- One position with coverage from ASAP through March 2027 (option to extend).
- A short-term opening from October 26, 2026 to December 18, 2026.
