Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Garden Grove, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license or credential
- Experience working in pediatric or K-12 school settings, including Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants, is highly valued
- Strong background in speech, language, and communication disorder assessment and therapy
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues
- Completion of required background checks and fingerprinting prior to start
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and timely screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students across K-12 settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
- Deliver direct, evidence-based therapeutic interventions both individually and in group settings
- Work collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and families to facilitate student progress
- Participate in paid team meetings and utilize planning and documentation time as provided
- Maintain compliance through accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress monitoring
