Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Orange, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active California SLP license or credential
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations; prior school-based or K-12 experience is highly preferred
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required before beginning
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, assessments, and evaluations for speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to students
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student achievement
- Attend paid staff meetings and optimize administrative time
- Regularly document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and school guidelines
