Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- California SLP license/credential (current and valid)
- School-based or K-12 caseload experience preferred
- Completion of background checks and fingerprinting
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement effective, individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging direct speech-language therapy for students
- Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in paid team meetings and utilize indirect time efficiently
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress tracking
