Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Rafael, California

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
- CCCs, strong SLP-CFYs, and professionals experienced in school-based or pediatric settings welcome
- Proficiency with diverse therapy delivery models (in-person and teletherapy)
- Solid understanding of IEP process, student documentation, and collaboration with educators and families
- Commitment to supporting children with various communication, language, and speech challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostics for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using school-based systems
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Offer support and expertise to staff and families for optimal student outcomes
- Provide both direct (in-person) and virtual therapy services as assigned
