Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated support
- Document progress, maintain case records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance, resources, and in-class strategies to support both general and special education staff
- Serve students in both elementary and select secondary specialized classrooms as assigned
