What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Flexible and reliable approach, able to support elementary populations primarily, with some time at secondary levels (including specialized programs)
- Commitment to helping students achieve their IEP goals and maximize their learning potential
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-quality speech, language, and communication therapy to students
- Conduct thorough assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop targeted intervention strategies
- Serve students in both elementary and secondary settings as needed
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
