Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid CA SLP license or CA CTC credential required
- CCC-SLP certification or eligibility preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience with school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings beneficial
- Strong skills in evaluating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communicator who works well with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services and progress
- Engage with families to support carryover and generalization of skills in different environments
- Travel between assigned locations within the region as needed
