Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Nipomo, California

Required Qualifications:
- Current California SLP license or CA CTC credential
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare and educational protocols for SLPs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations to determine therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions for students with a range of communication disorders
- Monitor student progress, update goals, and maintain detailed records
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
- Adapt strategies for diverse student backgrounds and abilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal guidelines
