Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Credentials: SLP – Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
- Prior experience within school environments is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy for students based on their IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans suited to students’ needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to promote student success
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams
