Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time School-Based Opportunity
Scotts Valley, CA | 2026–2027 School Year

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Scotts Valley, California for the 2026–2027 school year.

Assignment Dates:
August 3, 2026 – May 28, 2027

Position Details:
• Full-time hours
• Elementary and High School caseload
• Approximately 40–50 students
• Competitive compensation at $60/hour
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide evaluations, therapy services, IEP participation, and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs

Requirements:
• Active California SLP license and California CTC credential required or in process
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
