1:1 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - San Francisco, CA

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California licensure to practice as an SLP
- Certification from ASHA (CCC) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience providing services in a school setting is a plus, but motivated CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Proven ability to work independently in a 1:1 environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with school-specific and state guidelines
- Track, monitor, and report on student outcomes to key stakeholders
