Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with school-aged children and ability to deliver tailored, 1:1 therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for assigned students
- Provide 1:1 therapeutic interventions to address each student’s specific needs
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture
