Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California State license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or comfort working 1:1 with students within a school setting
- Strong advocacy skills, professional communication abilities, and a student-first approach

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with communication needs in a school-based setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to each student's unique needs
