School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Francisco, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and current California SLP license is required
- Open to those with CCC or CFY credentials
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is highly regarded
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting students’ speech, language, and communication development
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and ages
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide speech and language support for a manageable caseload of 20-25 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and deliver targeted therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer direct and consultative services as needed to meet each student’s needs
- Stay current on best practices and regulatory changes in speech-language pathology
