Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility for credentialing)
- Holds SLP-CCC certification or suitable for CFY supervision
- SLPA with prior school-based experience encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnostics, and evidence-based intervention for K-5 students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records and documentation according to district and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as assigned
