Qualifications:
- Valid CTC Credential or Licensed SLP in California is required
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, but not mandatory
- Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student learning and advocacy for their wellbeing
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in professional growth and maintain up-to-date licensing requirements
