This position offers two openings for licensed Speech Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference within the educational setting. Located near San Bernardino, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week with a caseload tailored to your strengths and interests—specific options are discussed during the interview to ensure the right fit.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active California SLP license and CTC Credential are required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized plans to address students’ unique needs
- Team-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to supporting children’s growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
