Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and diagnostic services to a manageable caseload of elementary students with mild to moderate needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other staff to ensure each child’s success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and student progress in compliance with school and district standards
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school climate
