Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Oceanside, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings encouraged
- Proficiency or interest in teletherapy models is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eligible for or possession of appropriate state licensure
- Commitment to evidence-based and student-centered practice
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services for elementary and some middle school students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize students’ communication and academic outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued team member
- Engage in teletherapy as needed to support student access, while focusing on on-site services
