Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active California SLP licensure (or eligible for California licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome
- Previous pediatric, elementary, or preschool experience highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- On-site availability during school hours (teletherapy/voco not available)
- Commitment to supporting students in a diverse, inclusive environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary and preschool students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Maintain accurate records and document progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and parent conferences
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
- Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
