What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong commitment to supporting early childhood and elementary populations
- Ability to deliver engaging, individualized, and group therapy sessions in a collaborative school setting
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool and elementary-aged students (on-site only)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain clear records according to district and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers and families to implement effective strategies in the classroom and at home
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
