Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA
Step into an impactful contract position supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026/27 school year. This full-time opportunity—35 hours per week—is on-site and specifically serves elementary and preschool students. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required.
- Eligibility for, or possession of, state licensure as an SLP.
- Clinical Fellows (CF) and SLPs with CCC are encouraged to apply.
- School-based experience or pediatric caseload experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Comfortable with on-site only (no teletherapy available).
Position Essentials:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary and preschool students, tailored to individual needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student engagement and growth.
- Maintain timely records and documentation according to school and legal standards.
