School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Santa Clara, California

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold or be eligible for California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY); support and supervision available for CFs
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work with children at the elementary and preschool levels
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, on-site speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload (no virtual/remote services)
- Conduct assessments, reevaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with district and state guidelines
- Provide ongoing consultation and resources to teachers and families to promote carryover of skills
- Advocate for students and actively participate in IEP meetings
