Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in San Antonio, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students’ communication skills and contributing to their academic and social success in a school setting.
We are looking for a collaborative and student-focused professional who is committed to providing high-quality speech and language services across a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
