Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Conroe, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students’ communication, language development, and academic success within a school setting.
We are looking for a compassionate and collaborative professional who is committed to helping students improve their speech and language skills while working closely with educators, families, and special education teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and compliance records
- Support students with articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social communication needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF candidates may be considered depending on district needs
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations across grade levels and disability areas
