School Speech Language Pathologist - Hartford, Connecticut

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Connecticut SLP license and CCC certification required
- Demonstrated experience in school settings, specifically with K-2nd grade preferred
- Previous supervisory experience or ability to supervise CF and SLPA
- Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans within an educational framework
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-2nd grade students
- Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs
- Create and implement tailored intervention plans aligned with students’ IEPs
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Supervise, mentor, and support a Clinical Fellow and SLPA, ensuring high standards of care and professional development
