School Speech Language Pathologist - Storrs Mansfield, CT

Qualifications:
- Valid SLP-CCC credential or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background or experience in school-based speech-language services
- Familiarity with PPTs (Planning and Placement Teams) and IEP processes
- Confidence in providing direct therapy to children in Pre K–2
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in Pre K–2, supporting a variety of communication needs
- Participate in PPTs and support the development and implementation of IEPs
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Contribute to ongoing team meetings and engage in school activities as needed
