Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting in Salem, Oregon. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential speech, language, and communication support to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them succeed academically and socially.


Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) in areas including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and       pragmatic/social communication
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents, and administrators to support student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and RTI processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with state and federal regulations (IDEA)

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
• Current Oregon state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!)
• Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IDEA regulations and IEP development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
