Speech Therapist in Sheridan, OR

Ideal candidates will have:
- Current Oregon SLP license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP process and special education services
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy to students with speech/language disorders
- Collaborating closely with teachers, special educators, and family members
- Progress monitoring and accurate record-keeping
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings
