School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Salem, New Hampshire

Qualifications:
- Active and valid New Hampshire SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
- Familiarity with providing services to both middle and high school populations
- Ability to pass district fingerprinting requirements
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy for students within middle and high school settings
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other educational professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Provide in-person, onsite services throughout the school year
