Candidates should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Active and current SLP licensure in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings
- Ability to work with both middle and high school caseloads
- District fingerprinting clearance (required before start)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable participating in Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process
Daily responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
