- Effective communication skills to partner with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong organizational abilities for managing caseload documentation
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students referred for speech-language services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques in both individual and group settings
- Monitor student progress, update goals, and maintain thorough documentation as required
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate supports within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
- Provide education and support to families to facilitate student success
