Desired qualifications and experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible SLP license in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school or healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention, and IEP development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Documenting interventions and maintaining compliance with special education regulations
- Participating in team meetings, professional development, and consultation
