Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates
- Eligible state licensure for school-based practice
- Proven experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational or similar settings
- Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention practices in speech-language pathology for school-aged children
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- Monitor, document, and report student progress toward established goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
- Provide support and resources relevant to speech-language development within the classroom and broader school community
