Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Prior experience, course work, or practicum in a school, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Compassion for students and the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and documentation processes
- Maintain organized records and progress notes in compliance with regulations
- Advocate for students’ access to resources and services
