Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC credentials or candidacy for CFY
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
- Experience in school-based settings desired, but not required
- Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs and educational needs
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual and small-group settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress and intervention strategies
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ success in the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to IEPs
