Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
- Recent experience providing speech and language services in a school or pediatric setting
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs, conducting student assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Compassionate communicator, comfortable engaging students, families, and staff
- Ability to supervise CFY, if current CCC
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to middle school students
- Conduct thorough assessments and participate in IEP development
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and allied staff to foster student success
- Provide support and guidance to Clinical Fellows, if supervising
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
