Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience with school-based SLP services strongly preferred
- Teletherapy skills or experience delivering remote speech therapy is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in both in-person and teletherapy formats as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to provide comprehensive student support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning for student success
