We’re seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and one additional professional to contribute to student growth and success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Hold valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Eligible for (or currently hold) Minnesota licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment and education plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
- Develop tailored intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student care
- Maintain accurate records and document therapy progress in compliance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and supporting the overall educational goals for each student
- Offer guidance and support to school staff regarding best practices in communication strategies
