Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current MN licensure or eligibility required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience providing school-based SLP services, including teletherapy, preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within school multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full-time caseloads, including at least one high school assignment
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Development and implementation of individualized therapy plans
- Collaboration with educational staff and families to support student achievement
- Maintenance of progress records and adherence to school standards
