With the flexibility of in-person or teletherapy service options, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster student growth and development.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
  • Possess a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Minnesota.
  • Background in educational or school-based settings highly valued.
  • Comfortable managing a full-time high school caseload.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Teletherapy experience or willingness to provide services virtually is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor progress of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collect and interpret assessment and progress data to inform instruction.
  • Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and support staff to facilitate student success.
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation and compliance with district and state policies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional development.
