Desired Experience and Skills:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Possess a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Minnesota.
- Background in educational or school-based settings highly valued.
- Comfortable managing a full-time high school caseload.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Teletherapy experience or willingness to provide services virtually is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor progress of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collect and interpret assessment and progress data to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and support staff to facilitate student success.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation and compliance with district and state policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional development.
