What we're seeking:
- Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligible educator credential (Professional License, Level 2, 3, or 4)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to on-site services (remote options are not available)
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student progress
- Travel between assigned school locations as part of an itinerant caseload
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide guidance and resources to colleagues and families regarding communication disorders and interventions
