Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Saint Paul, Minnesota

As a full-time SLP, you’ll have the chance to work with PreK-12th grade students, including a smaller caseload of grades 5-12 at a reputable online school. Desired Experience & Skills:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare-based SLP settings
- Familiarity with IEP process and best practices for PreK-12th grade speech and language support
- Flexibility to travel between schools in a small, close-knit district
- Culturally responsive and committed to equity in education
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to individuals and groups
- Complete assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide support both in-person and virtually as needed
