Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Minnesota
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, but not required for all roles
- Completion or enrollment in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience working in schools, healthcare settings, or via teletherapy platforms (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy, both in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student achievement and inclusion
- Provide teletherapy services as needed, utilizing digital platforms efficiently
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input on student support plans
