Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Andover, Minnesota

In this role, you’ll provide essential SLP services to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade, including support for approximately 20 students in grades 5-12 at the district’s online school. With caseloads averaging 3 to 5 students per grade, you’ll have the ability to deliver impactful, individualized care. The district proudly serves a diverse community—around 75% of students are students of color—providing a rewarding opportunity to support learners from all backgrounds.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience in pediatric, school, and healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy
- Commitment to cultural competence and supporting diverse student needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students PreK-12
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support across multiple district sites as needed
