Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, Minnesota

In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to serve a manageable caseload spanning several grade levels – including a group of grades 5-12 at the district’s innovative online school and additional students districtwide. Ideal candidates bring one or more of the following:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP credential or are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in educational, clinical, or pediatric SLP settings
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with diverse communities
- Flexibility to work with a range of ages and learning settings
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing and delivering IEP goals
- Providing direct and consultative speech-language services
- Engaging with educators and families to support student progress
- Serving as an advocate for communication needs within the school community
