Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Anoka, MN

What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY
- Relevant state licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience preferred; pediatric and healthcare setting backgrounds also valued
- Flexibility to work with a range of grade levels and adapt to district-wide needs
- Strong cultural competence and interest in working with a diverse student population
Your responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and advocate for students’ needs
