Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms welcomed
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Commitment to fostering students’ communication, social, and academic success
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans for students PreK-12
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed
- Provide both direct and consultative services, including teletherapy when applicable
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
