Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Minnesota
- Experience or strong interest in school settings and pediatric populations
- Ability to deliver effective services both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
- Openness to working across different grade levels, from PreK through 12th grade
- New graduates working toward CFY are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students across all grade levels
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports each child’s unique developmental pathway
