Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as an SLP; CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Expertise working in educational or pediatric healthcare environments
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy, adapting to diverse service needs
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance requirements
- Effective communicator, able to engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students PreK-12
- Develop and maintain individualized IEPs, progress monitoring, and timely documentation
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy, both in-person and via virtual platforms as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success
- Provide support and resources for families, empowering them to assist with generalization of skills
- Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and professional development opportunities
