Role Overview:
- 35-hour work week for the current school year
- Serve a diverse caseload of students with a variety of exceptionalities
- Deliver direct therapy services, conduct screenings, and perform evaluations
- Collect and interpret data that informs IEP development and progress tracking
- Write IEPs based on thorough data analysis and professional guidance
- Collaborate with teachers, other service providers, and families to support student success
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Louisiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within the primary school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
